Senior Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst

Under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Leadership, the Senior Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for day-to-day monitoring and support of the revenue cycle automations. The Senior RC Systems Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting, testing, error remediation, as well as reviewing and implementing automation modifications needed. This individual acts as consultant, facilitator, and teacher for department staff with respect to automation opportunities.
In addition, the Senior RC Systems Analyst works closely with Providence IS resources to facilitate large system alterations and acts as the primary system support for RPA applications.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in information systems, preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience or 5 or more years of technical experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
- 5 years of Minimum of one year experience as Systems Analyst.
- 3 years of Epic experience.
