From £37,800 (depending on experience)

** Key Responsibilities
** As a Strategy and Product Analyst / Associate, you’ll:
* Analyse market trends, competitors, products and industry data to support strategic initiatives.
* Prepare clear, insightful presentations for senior stakeholders and board-level meetings.
* Review business performance across markets, customers, products, and channels.
* Collaborate with teams across Bupa Global to deliver data-driven insights and reports.
* Support the development of competitive product strategies through research and benchmarking.
* Identify opportunities to improve products and inform commercial decisions.
** What We’re Looking For
** You’ll bring:
* A degree in business, economics, data analysis, health or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
* Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
* High proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and data modelling.
* Ability to manage your time, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
* Experience in strategy, consulting, finance, health insurance or a related sector.
