• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex processes
• Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Knowledge of regulated environments such as Finance or Healthcare
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field preferred

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in the workplace
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues
• Experience with user experience design and product development
• Demonstrated capability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team
