Manager, Inside Account Development - Mealboxes

Join us in leading the sales go-to-market for our new affordability initiative—Meal Box—an endeavor that offers delicious meals for $12. Our vision is to make affordable dining a daily habit for everyone with diverse options across cuisines.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead strategy, sales execution, and team development—driving the acquisition of key restaurant partners onto our most ambitious new vertical. You will define goals, lead pipeline strategy, and partner closely with our cross‑functional Affordable Meals team to refine our playbook for national scale. You will report to the Sr. Manager within the Rx Success organization. The position offers flexibility for remote work or from a Door Dash office and requires travel for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy, sales execution, and team development for Meal Box.
  • Define goals, pipeline strategy, and playbook refinement.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams.
  • Report to the Sr. Manager within Rx Success.

  • 3–5 years of sales leadership, with at least 2 years leading a high‑performing team.
  • Transform the way businesses capture attention and attract new consumers.
  • Collaborate with Affordable Meals team to shape goals and priorities.
  • Cultivate solutions through sales training, data, and analytical tools.
  • Develop sales training materials, scripts, email templates, and more.
  • Provide feedback based on call listening.
We’re Excited About You Because…
  • At least 3 years in a sales role focused on building relationships with partners.
  • Track record of building and scaling new sales teams or markets.
  • Creative, motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Comfortable working in a scaling startup environment.
  • Value collaboration and navigate change.
  • Tech‑savvy with Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Google Apps.
Compensation

Base salary is localized. The national base pay range for this position within the U.S. is $116,960—$172,000 USD. Total on‑target earnings (base + commissions) is $146,200—$215,000 USD.

Paid Time Off
  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation + 80 hours paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrues at ~1 hour per 25.97 hours; paid sick at ~1 hour per 30 hours.
