• Lead contract negotiation and implementation to ensure optimal results and customer compliance
• Develop and implement customer plans, including assessments and prioritizations
• Conduct customer reviews, presentations, trainings, and support product launches
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies to maximize ROI and manage trade budgets
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, coaching sales teams for improved performance

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of commercial experience, particularly in sales and/or marketing
• Proven track record in food service sales and understanding of key food service operators
• Ability to travel 30%-50%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective presentation skills

• Demonstrated success in an operator-facing role
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Project management experience leading cross-functional teams
