Job Title:Channel Manager – Medical Surgical Division
Solventum Management LLC – St. Paul, MN (Remote work available within the US)
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth within the division according to the Emerging Markets strategic plan.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end account setup process and maintain customer engagement with top accounts, including distributor contract negotiations, setup, maintenance, compliance, and communication.
- Ensure alignment with local pricing needs and deviations.
- Establish, initiate, and maintain solid relationships with internal customers (Division and Area) to support growth and competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in sales.
- At least 5 years of experience with:
- Overseeing Channel or Distribution Account Management.
- Implementing & driving joint business plans with channel partners.
- Working with local Med Tech regulatory requirements in the Central Caribbean area.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (concurrent experience acceptable).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Remote work is allowed from anywhere in the US. Travel: 50–60 % required to domestic and international sites.
Compensation: $137,439 – $167,981 per year (base pay plus variable incentive pay). Base salary for this role is $199,555 per year.
