Contract Sourcing Manager (Remote)

Position responsible for preparing, negotiating, and administering multiple contracts pertaining to key suppliers. This includes working with the contract through all phases from pre‑proposal to closeout, performing risk assessments of proposal/contract terms, and formulating strategies to minimize risks while maximizing value and expenditure for the business.

• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts for diverse suppliers.

• Conduct risk assessments of proposal and contract terms.

• Develop and execute strategies to minimize potential risks and maximize value and expenditure.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in Contract Management, purchasing, supply management, or a blend of healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities.

• 1 year (Job Specific) IT Sourcing – Preference for IT, Healthcare, or Project Management experience.
• 1 year (Job Specific) Implantable Devices – Managing device implants.
• 1 year (Job Specific) Capital – Managing capital contracts.
