Associate, Fulfillment Analyst

• Fulfill enrollment and ongoing education material requests in accordance with defined SLAs and compliance requirements
• Develop and review enrollment and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Partner with stakeholders to understand material and training needs for enrollment events
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance operational effectiveness
• Support team initiatives aimed at improving enrollment fulfillment capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment with a focus on accuracy
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

• Experience using Smartsheet or similar workflow and reporting tools
• Prior experience in insurance, group benefits, or a regulated industry
