• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Trust & Safety, operations, or a service role with customer‑facing responsibilities
• Strong written communication skills to articulate complex policies and decisions
• Analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills
• Excellent critical thinking abilities for making high‑stakes decisions
• Empathy and resilience to navigate sensitive issues effectively

• Experience with Trust & Safety operations or similar roles in a digital marketplace
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume communications effectively
• Understanding of user perspectives to enhance the user experience
• Commitment to operational excellence and proactive problem‑solving
