• Develop familiarity with Canteen, Compass Group, and the sales process
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various verticals
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to generate leads and support special projects
• Utilize CRM tools to track activities and document sales processes
• Research prospective buyers to tailor sales strategies and improve closure rates

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business-related experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management abilities and capacity to multitask effectively
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• High energy and a positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed

• Previous experience in sales or customer service within the food service industry
• Proficiency in online research tools and CRM database management systems
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within an organization
• Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
