Business Development Manager

Boise, Idaho – Full-Time

Summary

Konexus is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive commercial revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a foundational part in building pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and managing enterprise-level commercial accounts. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys creating structure, identifying new markets, and owning opportunities end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate net-new commercial leads throughout bound prospecting, research, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and manage a strategic partnerships funnel focused on刷 commercial markets.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify new industries and growth opportunities.
  • Own opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise commercial accounts.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on revenue strategy and prioritization.
  • Work alongside Account Management team.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close B2

    Bopportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing, unstructured environment.
  • Experience with reseller, channel, or strategic partnerships is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Guangdong.
