Regional Sales Manager – RF & Interconnect Solutions

The Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth and increasing market penetration across the Greater Dallas region. This is a high-visibility, remote-based role with responsibility for territory expansion, new business development and strengthening relationships with existing customers through the introduction of new products and solutions.

The position suits a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a strong “hunter” mindset, ideally with experience selling engineered or manufactured electronic components and working closely with distribution partners and manufacturer representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales targets

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy, including account development and new customer acquisition

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying and developing new target customers

  • Manage and support distributor and manufacturer representative activity within the region

  • Work closely with sales leadership on regional forecasting, budgeting and reporting

  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline visibility, performance tracking and forecasting

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback on pricing, product design and policy improvements

  • Travel regularly within the region, with occasional national travel

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales and business development experience within a manufacturing or engineered products environment

  • Experience with in electronic components, RF, interconnects or related technologies strongly preferred

  • At least 2 years’ experience working with distributors and manufacturer representatives

  • Proven track record in winning new business and expanding product penetration within existing accounts

  • Highly motivated, self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote role

  • Strong communication, presentation and digital/CRM skills
