• Attain quarterly sales quotas by landing and expanding strategic target accounts
• Own your desk and generate 3x-4x pipeline by taking on inbound leads and driving outbound prospecting campaigns, leveraging use‑case driven marketing content and case studies
• Lead high value discovery and demo calls, multi‑threading into Mid‑Market organizations helping our customers realize value
• Articulate Chargebee Retention’s ROI‑based value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients while understanding the subscription billing and competitive landscape.
• Innovate and maintain a growth mindset while educating our customers on best practices in billing, retention, and revenue recognition as they transform their businesses
• Lead customers through an end‑to‑end sales cycle, in collaboration with solutions consultants, internal executives, customer success, and legal/finance teams.

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this role is between US $200,000 and $220,000 (base salary + sales commissions).

Chargebee is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation packages. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience/qualifications, location, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
