- Serve as the primary resource for the sales team on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution
- Plan and conduct local training sessions and conferences to enhance seed product knowledge among staff and retailers
- Collaborate with Market Development Agronomist and Sales Development Managers to create effective seed selling tools
- Oversee local on-farm trials and develop demo designs in partnership with the Market Development Agronomist
- Assess local market needs and forecast production requirements in collaboration with seed portfolio managers
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business‑related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven experience in coaching, training, and making technical agronomic decisions
- Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and environmental factors affecting productivity
- Ability to build working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience in developing educational materials on agronomy products
- Familiarity with proprietary and partnered seed brands
- Previous experience in sales roles within the agricultural sector
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and make timely decisions
