Client Service Consultant; Hybrid​/Remote

• Manage client projects from inception through completion, focusing on direct mail, print, and marketing deliverables
• Coordinate all aspects of job setup, scheduling, production, and delivery across internal departments and external vendors
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction levels
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, taking proactive action to address issues
• Liaise between clients, sales, creative, production, and technology teams to support seamless project flow

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience managing direct mail, printing, or marketing service projects
• Strong understanding of print production workflows, mailing requirements, and marketing campaign execution
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Familiarity with graphics and creative file preparation
• Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of best practices in marketing mail and direct mail production
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
