• Analyze stocking levels using usage reports and fleet counts
• Build VIN to Part Catalogs for assigned segments of responsibility
• Set up inventory levels for new shop launches and coordinate with vendors
• Assist with field issues related to inventory and stocking levels
• Review data to identify root cause issues, such as stock outs and fill rates

• Proven experience in automotive data analysis and setting stocking levels
• Proficiency in BI systems such as DOMO, Tableau, or Microsoft BI
• Experience with SQL and project management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with CSV files and proficiency in inventory management software
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
