What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Directly coach field staff and manage the sales team to meet strategic sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with CEOs, General Managers, and Agronomy Managers
  • Create and implement Account Plans for assigned owners to ensure business growth
  • Ensure delivery of customer-oriented solutions and positive customer experiences
  • Champion cross-functional resources to drive sales growth with key partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or an agricultural-related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry or direct sales/marketing experience, including 1‑2 years of people leadership experience
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of growth in value‑added product sales
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams and developing business plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in cooperative business portfolios including Energy, Grain, and Ag Inputs
  • Familiarity with the agricultural industry and market dynamics
