Senior Analyst, Procurement; Remote-Puerto Rico

• Manage procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and cost analyses
• Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations
• Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues promptly
• Prepare and approve purchase orders, negotiate pricing, and ensure smooth procurement operations
• Monitor supplier relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Prior experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or a related field
• Ability to develop long-lasting relationships and work independently
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with Supply Chain processes and ERP Systems

• Prior experience with SAP and/or procurement processes
• Motivated team player with knowledge of industry and market conditions
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complex situations effectively
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration
