Pricing and Customer Health Analyst; Remote - Eastern Time Zone

• Analyze pricing strategies, sales pipeline efficiency, and customer health metrics to drive decision-making
• Develop and track customer health scores using renewal rates, NPS, and product usage trends
• Create and provide weekly dashboards to sales, finance, and customer success teams
• Monitor sales performance metrics such as quota attainment and conversion rates to identify coaching opportunities
• Support sales lead submission and reporting in Salesforce for Services and Education teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Knowledge of pricing principles and pricing modeling
• Excellent analytical skills with strong mathematical aptitude
  
  Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel;
  Salesforce proficiency is advantageous
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage large sets of data

• Experience in a customer-centric role focused on data analysis and decision-making
• Familiarity with customer health metrics and sales performance tracking
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrated experience in presenting data insights effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
