• Maintain and support content in SharePoint and assist with event planning for internal meetings
• Schedule and coordinate national virtual meetings using Zoom
• Provide administrative assistance to the Cyber Risk Practice, ensuring smooth operations
• Track deliverables, timelines, and progress for ongoing cyber initiatives and project management
• Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate resources with the Marketing & Communications team

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry)
• Strong Microsoft skills, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain a commitment to client satisfaction

• Experience working in Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentations
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
