• Draft and manage project plans, timelines, and program documentation
• Build and implement test‑and‑learn programs from concept to rollout
• Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, providing regular status updates on progress, risks, and opportunities
• Collect, organize, and analyze data and feedback to assess program impact
• Track and report on project milestones, deadlines, and key performance metrics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 2‑4 years of experience in project coordination
• Strong organization and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient with Excel & Google Sheets and experience with project‑management software and BI/reporting tools

• PMP Certification
• Experience in the healthcare industry
