• Maintain existing content and support new content in Share Point
• Plan events for internal meetings, including booking accommodations and catering
• Schedule and coordinate national virtual meetings via Zoom
• Provide administrative support to various teams within the Cyber Risk Practice
• Assist in tracking deliverables and timelines for ongoing projects

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Strong skills in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem‑solving and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to client satisfaction and collaboration across departments

• Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for professional content creation
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
