Strong communication, project management and leadership skills required to maintain and improve the SOX Program for all Facilities within the Division. Communication with sites, Division Management and Corporate to ensure that all aspects of the Program are followed and that Division and Corporate Deadlines are met. "Hands On" approach to training and working with Facility SOX Coordinators to ensure the facilities have a solid, effective control environment and Internal Audit reviews have Satisfactory Results.

Leading the Division Sr SOX Analyst to ensure that Deep Dive Audits and Development of best practices to impact overall finding count within the Division.

• Provide Support, guidance and oversight to facilities through reviewing of testing, and deep dive auditing

• Perform Audits of SOX Testing and Control Owner questionnaire submissions and provide feedback/recommendations and develop best practices

• Work with Division Finance to develop new project ideas that will standardize the Control Environment

• Strong background in Accounting/Finance/SOX and Internal Controls.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively increasing responsible assignments working in a large, multi-national, public accounting firm or equivalent.
• Effective communicator to Facility/Division/Corporate
• Solid understanding of Business Process Flows.
• Superior Organization skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Flexibility to adapt to ongoing changes/ Creative Problem Solving
• Proficiency in Team Building and collaborating. Effective, clear and precise communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and growing organization with strict deadlines
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft applications particularly Excel, Project, and Word.

• Duties are donation office environment as well as a work from home setting while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the abilityţie to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.

Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
