Sales Operations Analyst - Remote​/Telecommute

Job Description:

Pay Range: $34.31hr - $39.31hr

• Strong proficiency with data modeling, data extraction, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Three to five years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced business environment.

• Drive analytics for territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
• Partner with sales leadership and sales operations teams on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and process improvements.
• Develop and refine forecasting methodologies and align with key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance.
• Generate weekly regional insights and reports to identify process gaps and drive resolutions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and leadership inquiries.
• Support sales managers and leaders with analytical insights and operational improvement recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sales tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve sales efficiency.
• Participate in and drive cross-functional projects with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with sales operations to design and execute sales compensation and incentive strategies.
