• Collaborate with the Global Partner Program Lead to define and implement program principles and objectives
• Design and execute global partner program components that align with the employer's strategic goals
• Engage with regional teams to adapt global standards to local market needs
• Develop and maintain program documentation, guidelines, and governance models
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure program adoption

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  Master’s preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or related roles within IT distribution or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of global partner ecosystems and channel dynamics
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in global roles with cross-cultural collaboration
• Familiarity with partner incentive programs, enablement initiatives, and program governance
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
