Director Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management; REMOTE

• Conduct research and produce actionable insights for clients regarding enterprise risk management and analytics
• Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, video conferences, and public speaking at events
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in risk management and analytics
• Respond to press inquiries to maintain the employer’s industry leadership reputation
• Collaborate with internal experts and clients to enhance the understanding of emerging risks

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the Head of Enterprise Risk Management role and ERM program requirements
• Familiarity with key ERM frameworks such as COSO 2017 or ISO 31000 (2018)
• Experience advising and presenting to senior organizational leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments

• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders
• Interest in emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, and its impact on risk management
