• Manage processes to build new and improve existing data pipelines
• Drive and inspect the quality of team deliverables
• Develop statistical models to inform strategic business decisions and maintain a robust model pipeline
• Prototype innovative analytic solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement them
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present insights to support business strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Direct experience with analytics, reporting, data mining, and advanced analytical modeling
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power
  
  BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Strong Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables and XLOOKUPs
• Proven ability to turn data into compelling insights with a high level of attention to detail

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience with Snowflake strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
