• Identify and communicate key project risks related to cost and schedule to internal stakeholders
• Assist in the development and tracking of project change orders and provide cost estimating support
• Prepare detailed cost analysis to explain variances on a weekly/monthly basis
• Develop dashboards with real‑time telemetry for project, site, region, and global levels
• Prepare and present project cost and schedule summary reports in Project Status Review meetings

• Proficiency with current technologies and software related to project controls and data management
• Experience in project cost management, including risk management and budget control
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate projections based on earned value management
• Excellent communication skills for presenting project updates to upper management
• Ability to travel to field offices as required

• Experience in the data center industry or related construction project management
• Familiarity with risk management workflows and documentation processes
• Previous experience in developing financial forecasting for construction projects
• Knowledge of project management best practices and tools
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and incorporate lessons learned into project controls
