Area Sales Manager

• Directly coach and lead field staff within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Manage and grow the sales strategy for both customer and business needs
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and maintain positive customer experiences
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales growth and monitor key performance indicators

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or agricultural-related field
• Minimum of 10 years of industry-related sales or marketing experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of growth in value-added product sales
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
• Experience managing and leading a cross-functional team

• Experience in all aspects of a cooperative business portfolio, including Energy, Grain, and Ag Inputs
• Sector-specific sales experience is preferred
