Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a leader in healthcare quality and affordability, is seeking a Business Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 4, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote in California

Pay Range: starting from $48.00

What's the Job?

• Perform analysis, design, implementation, and support of healthcare applications and projects.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
• Gather and translate requirements from business units for development teams.
• Prepare cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Support complex business processes and serve as a liaison between business and IT teams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with Jira and process documentation.
• Ability to understand and resolve technical processes and problems.
• Knowledge of project planning, management, and testing support.
