• Manage client onboarding processes and execute project management tasks
• Organize and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones
• Provide regular updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Review and analyze census data, ensuring accuracy and effective communication with external parties
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant software (Salesforce, PAR, Midas, EB360)
• Ability to adapt quickly and anticipate the needs of stakeholders
• Effective problem-solving skills and a leadership presence

• Experience in a similar role or industry
• Knowledge of employee benefits products and digital onboarding systems
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
