• Establish and oversee payroll operations, processes, and procedures for multiple companies
• Identify and analyze business needs and requirements related to payroll processing
• Manage customer issues, including timely resolution and handling escalations
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement changes to improve payroll efficiency
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in payroll, garnishment, and tax processes

• 8+ years of experience in payroll operations within a multi-company, multi-state outsourcing environment
• 3+ years of experience managing payroll operations
• Experience with ACH Credit, ACH Debit, and check methods for payroll payments and garnishments
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills
• Previous experience with ERP HR/Payroll systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
