You will work on projects that involve the detailed analysis and presentation of data from clinical trials, which are instrumental to the successful uptake of novel therapies.

• Conduct detailed analysis of clinical trial data and create materials for different audiences in various formats.
• Collaborate closely with clients, participating in teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings with external stakeholders.
• Support project management and client communication alongside experienced colleagues.
• Manage multiple projects in different disease areas simultaneously.
• Engage with various teams within the company to develop a broad understanding of service offerings and clients.

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent). Postgraduate qualifications (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) are an advantage but not required.
• Experience in planning and writing scientific documents (lab reports, dissertations, posters, presentations, articles, peer‑reviewed publications, book chapters, grant applications, regulatory documents).
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic with a genuine interest in healthcare and eagerness to learn.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage time across multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
• Exceptional written English for client work, email communication and internal messaging.
• Effective verbal communication skills for working with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences (healthcare professionals, patient groups, suppliers, clients, non‑scientific colleagues, governmental bodies).
• Proactive mindset; recognise challenges and suggest solutions with limited guidance.
• Collaborative approach, sharing knowledge to achieve common objectives and overcome obstacles.
• Self‑awareness to reflect on performance and take ownership of work and career development.
• Willingness to contribute to the wider team.

• Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Starting salary of £39,000 per annum.

Flexible working arrangements allow colleagues to work from home up to half of their time after probation; during the first six months an employee may work from home one day per week.
