With ambitious plans to  b>double our turnover through strategic new business development /b>, we are seeking a high-performing  b>Business Development Manager /b> capable of generating immediate results. /p> p>This is a  b>fully remote, UK-wide /b> position with just  b>one monthly visit to Newcastle /b> for team updates. /p> he Role  p>As our new Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across the UK.

You will: /p> ul> li>Win new business across  b>packaging, labelling, leaflet and brochure print solutions /b> /li> li>Revisit existing contacts, former clients or warm relationships to generate early wins /li> li>Build and manage a strong pipeline that converts quickly /li> li>Develop long-term customer partnerships, promoting our full design-to-delivery service offering /li> li>Work closely with the Sales Director and Senior Management Team to deliver our growth strategy /li>  p>This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, excels at opening doors, and understands the print/packaging sector inside out.

/p> hat We’re Looking For  p>We're looking for an experienced print or packaging sales professional who has also covered Labels, who can  b>hit the ground running /b> and bring in orders quickly. /p> p>You must have: /p> ul> li>Strong  b>sector experience /b> in label, print, packaging, flexo, litho or digital /li> li>A network, pipeline, or client relationships that can be reactivated from day one /li> li>A proven record of winning and developing new business (ideally UK-wide) /li> li>The ability to work independently within a remote environment /li> li>A full UK driving licence (essential for visits) /li>  p>Candidates with existing accounts, relationships or warm pipelines will be at a significant advantage.
