The role

Your day will involve:

  • Lead and guide a cross‑functional engineering squad through the full software development lifecycle
  • Drive product discovery, collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams to define and translate user needs into actionable user stories

  • Oversee product delivery, ensuring successful launches and continuous improvement
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly, adapting to a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment

What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience as an Agile Product Manager leading engineering squads.
  • Extensive expertise across the entire software development lifecycle.
  • ability to drive core metrics through data analysis and show measurable business impact.
  • Strong advocacy for agile working, user‑centred design, and delivering user value.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills for senior stakeholder engagement and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Solid technical acumen (APIs, SQL) and strong commercial/strategic thinking.
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience working with Jira.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS applications.
  • Good understanding of data models and data relationships.
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a salary of £75,000 – £80,000 + benefits.

  • Hybrid working with 2 days at home each week (Monday and Friday)
  • 18 days a year working from anywhere (for non‑regulated roles)
