Role: Principal Consultant
Location: Liverpool - L1 2SA
Working model: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
Your new role…As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in generating new clients and business for RTS. You'll focus on building strong relationships with senior leaders across some of the largest publicиллion sector organisations in the country. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where your ability to engage and open doors will be key to success.

This is not a traditional recruitment sales role. While lead generation and business development are important, the emphasis is on relationship building, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. You'll start with a light sales abhance‑focus–primarily generating meetings and learning the sector before moving into a more consultative approach.

Skills and experience:
- Proven ability to generate new business or leads
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Consultancy or managed services
- Care/SEND/public sector industry
- Resourcing/recruitment (with a consultative approach)
- Tenacity, resilience, and excellent relationship‑building skills
