Job Description
WSP is seeking a Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate may work remotely full‑time at a location other than a POWER Engineers‑designated office/job site and will be involved in projects with our PCI team, contributing to a growing organization that meets our clients’ objectives and solves their challenges.
This OpportunityThe purpose of the Supply Chain Manager is to directly supervise and manage material storage site(s) activity on a POWER project where we are providing SCM and/or Material Management services. The role will be accountable for the operations at one (1) or multiple sites ensuring the 3C’s (Care, Custody, and Control) are maintained over safeguarded material. Additionally, the role will be responsible for conducting project material‑related analysis to provide insights and support the needs of the Project.
Employees may travel to a POWER office for periodic meetings.

Required Qualifications- 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in the Office 365 suite, especially Excel; advanced Excel knowledge is beneficial.
- Experience collaborating on projects as a value‑added member.
- General knowledge of the power delivery industry and supply chain management principles.
- Will be located at project sites nationwide; travel dependent on project location.
- Role involves onsite project work, remote work, and travel.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Supply chain and logistics functions: procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, distribution.
- Coordination and integration of material and information flow among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
- Inventory control: secure inventories, identify and make accessible to authorized personnel, maintain controls over various types of inventories, conduct physical counts, reconcile records, validate shipment quantities, analyze inventory levels, coordinate with production and sales.
- Transportation management: analyze transportation and distribution systems, plan and coordinate fleet operations, acquire, schedule, maintain services, hire carriers as appropriate.
- Analytics: conduct detailed analysis of inventory compared to project needs.
