• Develop, maintain, and enhance training content for sales teams to improve product understanding and competitive knowledge
• Support the execution of training programs related to Product, Pricing, and Competitive strategies to increase sales effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and aligned with business objectives
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing insights for optimization
• Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, simplifying complex product topics for better retention

• Fluent in business-level English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fully remote work environment
• At least 1 year of experience in sales enablement or a related customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in creating or maintaining training content such as product guides or e-learning modules

• Familiarity with modern enablement and learning platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad, Docebo)
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics clearly
