Role Description

This remote role focuses on managing contract preparation, modifications, and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Key tasks include providing administrative support, coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining customer and Darüber vendors relationships, and assisting finance and sales operations to support overall business functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficient administrative assistance skills for managing schedules, documentation, and organizational tasks
  • Familiarity with finance processes and tools, including invoice management and expense tracking
  • Experience in sales or commercial activities to support contract negotiations and recurring business relationships
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with standard office software and tools, including MS Office and project management platforms
  • Prior experience in a contracting or commercial administration role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract preparation, administration, and document control (NDAs, MSAs, supplier agreements)
  • Commercial correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and partners
  • Outreach to food and raw material suppliers to request pricing, MOQs, lead times, and certifications
  • Coordination of supplier documentation and records
  • Invoice tracking and basic commercial record management
  • Supported procurement and sourcing initiatives
  • Preparing summaries and comparisons for internal review

Open to qualified candidates based in Vietnam, Thailand, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic, provided strong English(proxy communication and remote work experience.
