- Execute the pricing change process, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and properly documenting approvals in project-tracking systems
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for pricing and commercialization initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple work streams (e.g., pricing changes).
- Continue to refine and approve the pricing change process through experimentation, continuous feedback from stakeholders, and defining outcome metrics
- Standardize renewal pricing, bundling, and tiering to drive ARR and retention.
- Govern pricing reviews and pricing updates, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Communicate project progress, risks,ubs decisions to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Partner withinosaur, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including significant exposure to pricing, commercialization, or monetization initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate across organizational levels.
- Commitment to fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
- You thrive in a fast‑pacedेकाenvironment and are open to experimentation and new ideas.
