Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Support
  • Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
  • A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
  • You’ll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
  • Account management: account opening, handling account transfers, process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
  • Administrative & operational support: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, and streamlining processes
  • Technology: strong computer literacy; learn Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software
