• Manage the development and oversight of the Commercial Sweep Portfolio and associated products
• Lead the creation and execution of product roadmaps for sweep products
• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance existing products and define modernization strategies
• Ensure compliance with product processes and regulatory requirements
• Conduct training sessions to enhance understanding of product functionality for internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, client resolution, or complaint management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Excellent internal and external communication skills, including experience with executive-level presentations
• Ability to identify inefficient processes and recommend effective solutions

• MBA preferred
• Experience in Product Management or Core Treasury product management
• Intermediate expertise in liquidity products and cash management
• Proven ability to analyze complex information and deliver insights to stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of HOGAN and RPM applications related to fee assessment
