This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst located in Nyon, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and analyzing and interpreting complex data. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions to business problems.

• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in documenting business requirements and analyzing complex data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
• Previous experience working on Salesforce
• Fluent in French with working knowledge in English
