Role Description

This is a contract position for a Director in Management Consulting ed in Zurich, the role is hybrid, combining office attendance with remote work flexibility. The Director will lead consulting projects, manage client relationships, and oversee business transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses, developing strategic recommendations, and driving the implementation of operational and financial improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants will be essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations
• Proven expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to lead projects and deliver value to clients
• Experience in Business Transformation and Business Development to drive organizational change and growth
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in a global consulting environment or similar industry is an advantage
