We’re looking for an Onlineاقل Account Specialist for our Amazon operation. Working within our Online team, you will be based in our head office with a hybrid working pattern.
In this role you will help to manage our new Morrisons on Amazon Home Delivery operation – to drive store, technology & service improvements, whilst implementing new policies and processes to enable rapid sales growth and expansion. This will include managing new projects and analysing data to help identify new opportunities. Good organisational and communication skills are essential.
You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders взять our Amazon & Ocado Business Partners, Store Management Teams and various departments throughout our Head Office.
The successful candidate will be based in our head office, situated in the Bradford area for a minimum of three days per week. There may also be times when you would need to travel further to visit our stores and partners.
You’ll be responsible for things like;
Driving profitable sales growth in our Morrisons on Amazon Home Delivery model.
Effectively communicating with stores through a variety of channels, including live streams and chat groups.
Collaborating with our Online Routing and Vehicle teams, implementing new processes to improve productivity and efficiency
Being the first point of contact to identify and resolve issues related to the new model
Be part of our Online growth, supporting existing stores across the estate

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
Has a real passion and energy for improving the online customer experience
Has drive and commitment to grow sales and improve cost
Experience in retail, with Online experience is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a demanding workload
Computer literate with good understanding of google docs, sheets and slides
Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and prioritise a demanding eased workload
Effective stakeholder management
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to lean in on wider team priorities
