• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs.
• Negotiate favourable terms and manage long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Required Placement)
• 4-7 years of experience in enterprise sourcing, particularly in Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance (Required)
• Experience in strategic sourcing, including development and management of category strategies, RFP/RFI development, and contract negotiations avantaj (Required)
• Proficiency in negotiation and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure favourable terms (Required)
• Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions (Required)
• Understanding of market trends and business principles relevant to procurement and supply chain management (Required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities (Required)
