Highly competitive  commission  benefits A global freight forwarding organisation is seeking an experienced Air Freight Business Development Manager to develop and grow its China trade lanes. This is a senior commercial role focused on driving new business, strengthening carrier relationships, and expanding air freight volumes between China and the UK/Europe.

Key Responsibilities Develop and grow air freight business focused on China import and export trade lanes Identify, target, and secure new customers across key verticals Manage and grow existing strategic accounts Build strong relationships with airlines, overseas partners, and agents in China Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements Represent the business at industry events and client meetings Requirements Proven experience in air freight business development / sales within freight forwarding Strong knowledge of China trade lanes (import & export) Existing customer portfolio highly desirable Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) - essential Strong commercial and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven and relationship-focused WR Logistics are the 1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
