Product Manager – Building Products (Hybrid – Office based in Elland, 1–2 days per week)

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in our performance products category for Marshalls Landscapes.

Reporting to the Product Portfolio Lead, you’ll analyse market intelligence, customer insights and emerging industry trends to shape the future of our performance products category. You’ll identify new product opportunities, translate insights into actionable strategies and maintain our market-leading position.

Managing the full lifecycle, you’ll ensure products remain competitive, relevant and profitable. Working with R&D, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams, you’ll develop and refine our product range, lead range reviews and coordinate with finance and commercial teams to optimise pricing and drive efficiencies.

Continuously monitor sales, profitability and product performance, create insightful reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision‑making and identify areas for growth and improvement.

• A degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in product or category management, with a track record of commercial success.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and identifying trends.
• Deep understanding of supply chains, procurement and product development.
• Experience with B2B and B2C buying processes, specification requirements and industry regulations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry would be highly desirable.

This role is office based with flexible working. Expect to work from our Head Office in Elland 1–2 times a week and split the remainder of the week working from home or on‑site with customers.
