Product Manager

Our rent-to-own programme allows customers to move into their dream properties today, fixes their rent and helps them save. Customers can quickly accumulate a deposit, improve their credit score, and get mortgage-ready to fully own their home.

We’re VC-backed and growing fast but our social mission underpins everything we do. We’re looking for superstar hires to be early employees in an ambitious team working hard to help improve financial health and tackle inequality.

We’re seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency in managing our large portfolio of single family homes across the UK. Our vision is to develop a highly scalable property management platform through technology and product innovation. This role will define critical aspects of this platform, responsibilities may include:

• Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners and the Leadership/Executive team
• Developing tools that make onboarding and off boarding customer and houses more efficient
• Improving how we address maintenance, repairs, and field operations
• Optimising outcomes for both our residents and the properties (e.g. providing more self-service features in our resident experience, LTV & forecasting models for our properties)
• Building the data infrastructure that powers the decisions we make across our portfolio

The ideal candidate should have a passion for building consumer-facing fintech products, underpinned by impact and scalability.

• Experience in product management, preferably in B2C and/or Fintech (minimum 4 years experience)
• Demonstrated track record of product leadership with an ability to lead and influence teams
• Proven track record of translating customer needs into product features and solutions
• Highly analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions while balancing the right approach for our community
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
