This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Newport, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will identify and foster new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets.

• Business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition skills
• Strong relationship-building and client management expertise
• Proficiency in market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities
• Experience in contract negotiation and proposal preparation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other related software
• Previous experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus
